My entire career has been in Sales & Customer Service. I wrote Customer Service manuals and taught classes at large call centers. I believe that is the key to success. I Supervised & mentored large teams and know what it means to be a "Leader". I negotiated discount contracts on behalf of large corporations with the Airlines, Rental car Companies and large Hotel Chains. Negotiation is paramount to the Real Estate businees. Especially in Today's market. I am certified in Staging and design and know what it takes to get your home sold for the most amount of money and the shortest period of time.
